Refund Policy

We’re excited to have you at Debug 4! Please take a moment to review our refund policy before purchasing your ticket.

Refund Eligibility
• Partial Refund (50%): Cancellations made on or before 30 days prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

• No Refund: Cancellations made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable, as hotel and food arrangements will have already been finalized.


Ticket Transfer

If you’re unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person up to 7 days before the event. Just send us an email at debug@hackthenorth.ph with the new participant’s full name and contact information.

Event Cancellation

If Debug 4 is cancelled by the organizers, a full refund will be issued to all participants.
If the event is rescheduled, tickets will remain valid for the new date. If you can’t attend the rescheduled event, you may request a full refund.

How to Request a Refund or Transfer

Please email us at debug@hackthenorth.ph using the following subject line format:

Subject: Debug 4 - [Refund or Transfer] Request - [Your Full Name]
Example: Debug 4 - Refund Request - Juan Dela Cruz

⚠️ Requests with an incorrect subject format may not be processed or may be delayed.

In the email body, include:
• Full Name
• Ticket Reference / Proof of Payment
• Reason for refund or name of the person taking your place (for transfers)


Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days if eligible.
